A trowel consistency asphalt mastic waterproofing sealant for cement, block, concrete or brick, foundations. it will form a barrier against hydrostatic water pressure and provides protection against the erosion effects of running water. Once cured, it forms a tough durable protective membrane for vertical concrete, masonry, cement block, and brick foundations.
